Livebookings Academy comes to NYC

Livebookings, the online marketing experts for restaurants, held its first US Livebookings Academy event today at the Landmarc restaurant in the Time Warner Center, New York City. The packed room was attended by more than 50 NYC operators (see list below) who benefited from a insightful presentation on social media by Livebookings’ Strategic Advisor Magnus Hultberg followed by a panel discussion on 'How to leverage the web to drive traffic and customer loyalty'. The panel discussion featured Hakan Swahn (President Aquavit/TownHouseGroup), Alexis Halejian (Online Marketing Supervisor at BR Guest), Alex Hasbany (GM at SpiceMarket) and Peter Niessen (Director Restaurant Industry Development at American Express) and was moderated by Christopher Persson (co-founder of Livebookings).

The event was attended by representatives from the like of China Grill, Benoit, Myriad Group, Culinary Concepts and Boqueria to name a few.
